Another REWS success story: The 14 day close

Last month we drove out to Fullerton, CA to shoot a property for Re/Max Diamond agent Jeannie Lee. The million dollar home was built in 2002 as part of the Presidential Collection, located in a gated community near the Brea Mall.

As usual, we shot interiors and exteriors of the property in about an hour, but the real work begins once we get the photos in the studio. Once we had processed the photos we began building out a property website and rendering the virtual tour for YouTube. These free bonuses we included with every photo shoot really pay off.

Our property websites are built using HTML5 and are fully responsive. That means no matter whether you’re using a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop — the sites look beautiful. No flash players or pinching and zooming required. With more than 50% of all cell phones sold in 2012 being smartphones, a mobile-friendly website is now a requirement.

With the photos, a property website and a virtual tour, Jeannie was able to market her listing internationally. 14 days later, the owners received an offer for full asking price.
